They have an opportunity for a Legal Assistant (minimum of 2 year's experience needed) to join their Brisbane office within the busy Real Estate Law practice group. The Opportunity: This rare opportunity will see you providing all facets of legal administrative support to a lovely Partner, where no two days will be the same. Your responsibilities will be vast and include: Preparing sale and purchase documents; Conducting online searches such as PPSR, ASIC and Title searches; Drafting legal correspondence; Email and calendar management for your fee earners; Scanning, compiling and proof-reading contracts; Electronic billing and reporting; and General administrative tasks. Due to the nature of this role, you will be required in office full-time. What Experience do you need? To guarantee your success in this busy role, you will need to hold specific experience as a Legal Assistant from within a transactional practice group, gained within a private practice law firm. You will need to be well organised and methodical in your approach to your work. You will have a strong 'can-do' attitude, the ability to think on your feet and strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
